Who We Are
Meet Deborah Loomis
Founder & Principal Resilience Strategist
Deborah Loomis is a resilience and regeneration enabler who works directly with land managers, implementers, agencies and private capital partners to turn opportunities into funded, executed projects. A retired naval officer and former Senior Advisor for Climate Change for the Navy and Marine Corps, she has shaped more than $1 billion in resilience investments and championed over $100 million in nature-based solutions. She serves on the Board of Directors of Washington, DC's Green Bank and co-founded a regenerative grazing company that has restored thousands of acres of native prairie. An environmental lawyer by training and seasoned government official, Deb brings her passion for resilience and regeneration, as well as her unique combination of field experience, strategic leadership, and a deep implementer network to build the right team for every project—and deliver real results.
